Q: What do I need to know about making a reservation?
A: Reservations can be made online or over the phone. All our site types are available to book through our online booking system. Visit the Book Your Stay page to get started!
Q: What type of camping units are permitted?
A: You can camp with us in tent trailers, travel trailers, pickup campers, tents, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and tow motorhomes. We also have rental cabins available! If you have specific questions about your type of camping unit, feel free to give us a call!
Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A: RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify Rusk KOA Holiday by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
All Rental Accommodations: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify Rusk KOA Holiday one week before your scheduled arrival.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with us for details.
Q: Can we bring our pets with us?
A: Yes! Well-behaved pets are always welcome. Pets must be on a leash at all time. Dogs are allowed to be unleashed in the KampK9 area only. All pets must be cleaned up after. Failure to clean up from your pets will be cause for ejection from the campground. No pets allowed in any buildings, playgrounds, or recreation fields. Do not leave dogs outside unattended. No aggressive or barking dogs allowed. Children must be 16 years or older to walk dogs.
Q: Can we bring visitors?
A: Yes! Visitors are welcome to join you for the day during your stay. However, if they wish to use our facilities or amenities (such as the swimming pool, jumping pad, etc), they will be required to pay a day use fee. We ask that they do not park on open sites... they may only park in the overflow parking. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM (Quiet time).
